Giancarlo has a degree in Network Technology and holds several networking and security certifications. While working for an IT Managed Service Provider, he began to see opportunities for automating routine tasks. He became passionate about software engineering and pivoted several years ago. He now splits time between backend development and cloud/deployment related automations.

Giancarlo lives in Greensboro, NC, with his wife and two daughters.
